We are drawn to the complexity of simple ingredients. Quality sugar, fresh eggs, sweet almonds, and the enduring art of wood smoke can all be transformed, with patience, into something remarkable.

Our confection line includes Ember Marshmallows, slow-smoked and finished by hand. Golden Yolk Shortbread, buttery and tender with a whisper of smoked sugar. And Doré, an almond confection of our own invention, sold in six pieces with six distinct finishes. Alongside the confections, our pantry line offers a curated collection of smoked sugars and salts, cold smoked in small batches over wood blends chosen specifically for each one. We believe food made with genuine care for the ingredient and for the person receiving it tastes different. Not as a sentiment, but as a fact.
